His eyes light up whenever she is within view. As do hers. Little did she know when she first met that boy, he was going to whisk her off her feet, propose in well planned romantic weekend getaway, blend seamlessly into her family, be patiently waiting at the end of the aisle for her. Ready to share this wonderful life together. When I asked him what he was most excited about that day, he beamed and replied “Seeing Anne, and spending our life together”.
I have always adored Anne – such a beauty inside and out, her fabulous sense of style so effortless & classic (get a look those leopard print heels-my favorite wedding shoes ever!). Their garden themed wedding was so very classic, clean & simple southern elegance. Taking place at her childhood home, Westfield, surrounded by years of memories, tears of joy, laughter. Staying true to an age old southern tradition, they buried the bourbon – and sure enough the rain held off.
